New Realm Brewing Co. at Auburn University
New Realm Brewing Co., located at the heart of Auburn University’s campus, boasts a three-vessel, seven barrel, direct-fire brewhouse and cellar created by Deutsche Brewing Equipment and a cozy taproom with nine different taps, featuring a rotating variety of ales and lagers. It is supported by a top-of-the-line brewing laboratory where small batches of beer can be developed and researched using one-barrel fermenters made by Ss Brewtech.
New Realm is an active participant in campus life at Auburn, both regarding the Brewing Science and Operations program and the greater Auburn community. The brewery frequently hosts guest lectures for Hospitality classes, takes on practicum interns, works with professors at the Hospitality School on research, and hosts events for local and national charities, such as CARES Humane Society, Ales for ALS, and the Auburn Student Veterans Association, just to name a few.
