Short Bio
Blanche Moreman, MEd, RD, LD, is the Director of the Didactic Program in Dietetics and a Lecturer in the Department of Nutritional Sciences at Auburn University. She is passionate about advancing the field of dietetics through education and mentorship, bringing more than 30 years of experience in public health, clinical nutrition, and dietetics education. Known for her strong commitment to student advising and professional development, she has mentored and guided countless students and dietetic interns toward becoming Registered Dietitians. Blanche is recognized for her expertise in program development, accreditation, and grant management, as well as for creating Auburn’s undergraduate Nutrition Teams and leading students through interprofessional education experiences. She has authored numerous resources, developed statewide nutrition policies, and remains dedicated to preparing future dietitians and advancing innovative nutrition programs.
