Open to all Auburn University students, the Beverage Management Minor gives students hands-on knowledge of the dynamic beverage industry. Students explore the full supply chain while developing the scientific, practical, and business skills needed for careers in production, marketing, distribution, and hospitality. The coursework covers beverage science, production and regulations, supply chain management, sensory evaluation, global beverage cultures, tourism, and industry operations. Students must earn 15 credit hours (five courses) to complete the minor.
