Short Bio

Ziying Wang is a postdoctoral researcher in Human Development and Family Science. Her research focuses on adolescent and young adult development within the context of intimate relationships, examining how relationship processes and psychological mechanisms (e.g., attachment, relationship beliefs, perfectionism, and mindfulness) shape relationship quality and overall well-being. She is particularly interested in couple relationship education and its implications for couples, parents, and adolescents. Using dyadic and longitudinal methods, her work aims to understand how relationship experiences contribute to individual development and relationship functioning over time, and to inform interventions that promote relational and mental health.
