I began my journey in outreach with Auburn University's Family Child Care Partnerships (FCCP) in 2013. I served as a program specialist and then Managing Director until 2018 on what is now known as the Accreditation Facilitation Project.  I have held my current role as Early Head Start Manager since 2023. In both of these projects, I have had the privilege of working with child care professionals, families, and partnering agencies to improve the quality of child care in Alabama. With my current role, I am able to connect with hundreds of families throughout the stateand support them in securing needed resources, improving their education, pursuing their professional goals, and much more.
