Short Bio

Meredith Powell serves as the Academic Program Administrator for the CHS Global in the College of Human Sciences. Meredith earned her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences with a Pre-Dental concentration at Auburn University in 2012. She pursued a Master of Education in Counselor Education: Student Affairs at Clemson University, where she completed an international internship at the University of Sheffield in Sheffield, England. She graduated with her Master's degree in 2014. She then returned to Auburn and spent 9.5 years as an academic advisor with the College of Sciences and Mathematics, where she developed the first for-credit pre-health study abroad program, running 8 programs to England, Scotland, Iceland, and Spain. It was through her love of travel and commitment to helping students find study abroad experiences that led her to CHS Global. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Educational Psychology. In her free time, she enjoys collecting passport stamps and spending time with her family.
