Short Bio

Nicole Gaillard is a Senior Lecturer at Auburn University’s Horst Schulze School of Hospitality Management, where she coordinates the Event Management Option of the major and is responsible for the delivery of courses emphasizing the critical role of service in the hospitality industry. With nearly 30 years of combined industry and teaching experience she has shaped the next generation of hospitality professionals by instilling deep understanding and service excellence. Beyond academia, Nicole Gaillard has hands -on experience spanning private clubs, public golf courses, food and beverage and university-based hospitality operations. Her expertise extends to customer service training, equipping staff and students with the skills needed to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
