Short Bio
Caitlin Myers is the Director of Community Engagement & Economic Development in the Horst Schulze School of Hospitality Management within the College of Human Sciences at Auburn University. She is responsible for providing opportunities for the public to benefit from the expertise, talent and facilities within the School. Through tastings of wine, beer or distilled spirits, hands-on culinary classes, culinary demonstrations and special events, the community experiences outreach through educational and recreational means. In addition, Caitlin runs the Startup Program in Culinary Entrepreneurship (SPICE) that fuels hospitality management student entrepreneurs and The Incubator in Hey Day Market.

- Founded and scaled the Community Engagement & Economic Development (CEED) program within the Horst Schulze School of Hospitality Management.

- Developed a lobbying time tracking mechanism, consulting Finance and General Counsel, that easily captured hours that legally needed to be tracked under the 501(c)(4). This model was also adopted by the Oregon State University Foundation after they reached out to us to learn our methods.
