Short Bio

Anessa Powell is the Development Programs Administrator on the Advancement Team for the College of Human Sciences, where she focuses on fostering meaningful connections between the college, its alumni, and friends through engagement and fundraising initiatives. 
A 1999 Auburn graduate in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Anessa brings a unique blend of experience from hospitality, nonprofit/corporate consulting, and higher education. She is the founder of AllAbility Solutions, a disability employment solutions firm dedicated to helping organizations recognize disabled talent.
Her career began with Marriott International, where she led large-scale event planning and client engagement efforts. Anessa is passionate about community, connection, and creating opportunities that support the next generation of Auburn students.
