Dr. Allison Leigh Tidwell is a family scientist specializing in the study of military families. Allison works as a research staff member at Military REACH under Dr. Mallory Lucier-Greer. Allison is a three-time alumna of Auburn University, having earned her Bachelor's degree in Global Studies in Human Sciences in 2020, Master's in Human Development and Family Science in 2022, and Ph.D. in Human Development and Family Science in 2025. Her research on military families is broad in scope, ranging from the study of family factors influencing military retention to the evaluation of programs supporting Service members and their families.
