CADS Apparel faculty prepare graduates for a variety of fashion-related careers in the global supply chain. Creativity, innovation, critical thinking, technical competency, and communication effectiveness are valued skill sets. With the integrated core of apparel-related courses, coupled with the focus on the merchandising or design and production management, students will be prepared to work effectively as a team member in a variety of fashion-related settings.
Our apparel programs provide a well-rounded knowledge base to foster success in both merchandising and design- related careers. The AMDP program offers two undergraduate options -- Apparel Merchandising (APME) and Apparel Design and Production Management (APDP) – as well as Master’s and PhD level opportunities.
