An exploration of food, wine, and tourism on the French Riviera
Students will travel to Toulon, France where they will study hospitality management in an immersive, eight-day program. This study abroad opportunity allows students to visit several cultural hot-spots including Nice, Marseille, Cassis, and Paris. Excursions and activities include three wine tours in the Vins de Provence region, floral design, cooking, and social media classes, a chance to create your own movie around the trip in the University of Toulon’s tele-media green room, and a student-led exploration of Paris. This 4-credit hour program is a perfect option for students interested in a shorter, less expensive study abroad experience.
Undergraduates will be registered for NTRI 5380 (4 credit hours)
Graduate students will be registered for NTRI 6380 (4 credit hours)

Application for a United States passport should be made at least 120 days in advance of your departure date. Auburn Abroad recommends that you apply for a passport as soon as you know you are participating in the program. If you already have a passport: Please check the expiration date. Passports should be valid for at least 6 months following your scheduled time abroad.
