Hi My name is Lauren Binnig, I'm a Senior majoring in Nutrition/Dietetics. I enjoy cooking, working out, hanging out with friends, traveling and taking photos. I got to do all of these when I was abroad. I went on the Joseph S. Bruno Auburn Abroad in Italy Spring of 2019. We learned a lot about the Mediterranean Diet and I try to incorporate it in my everyday life. I miss my time abroad but it's fun to look back on all the memories!
