As an ordained deacon, Deana Kirby is a licensed counselor and a hospital chaplain. As the pandemic packed the hospitals in San Antonio, Deana worked many late nights, walking the halls of the hospitals as needed and always being available to sit with families going through difficult ordeals. During this time, she also continues to see clients through her counseling, as people are pressed by the overt and underlying stress of this time.
