Sybil Lewis is a human resources generalist with over 7 years of experience spanning from Auburn University along with multiple public community colleges and private sector government contracting. She graduated from Faulkner University of Montgomery, Alabama with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management of Human Resources. Sybil is known for her practical, purposeful approach to HR and her dedication to advancing organizational success through strategic talent management, employee relations & compliance, and change management. She plays an integral role in managing daily HR operations where she provides both tactical and strategic assistance to students, staff and administrative members facing complex workplace challenges. Through her work with Auburn University, Sybil partners with HR professionals to offer expert insights and resources that enhance the effectiveness of HR practices. Recognized for her collaborative nature and deep knowledge of HR best practices, Sybil is passionate about empowering the College of Human Science employees and students with the tools and support they need to navigate today’s evolving workplace and deliver impactful business results through employment, payroll, benefits, employee relations and compensation efforts.
