The Hotel and Restaurant Management program, uniquely partnered with the Capella Hotel Group, is a model for hospitality education congruent with top global industry and educational standards, and prepares students for careers in the premium service segment of the hospitality industry. Department faculty in Nutrition make great strides in enhancing the quality and nutritional value of food, conducting research in obesity and diabetes, and identifying the role of nutrients in disease prevention and treatment.
