The Department of Nutrition, Dietetics, and Hospitality Management offers graduate study leading to a Master of Science degree, with an emphasis in Nutrition or Hotel and Restaurant Management. The department also offers a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Nutrition, Dietetics and Hospitality Management with an emphasis in Nutrition or Hotel and Restaurant Management.
