Laura Cooper serves as executive director to the Lee County Youth Development Center, which provides quality care and practices prevention, intervention and residential assistance for youth and families. Since the pandemic began to affect the Lee County community, Laura has not missed a day of her life-changing work and often goes above and beyond on weekends and holidays to improve quality of life for Lee County youth.
