Couples Connecting Mindfully
This couple relationship education curriculum was developed by faculty, staff, and students involved in the Alabama Healthy Marriage and Relationship Education Initiative in the Human Development and Family Studies department at Auburn University. The class is focused on education and skills for healthy relationships with an emphasis on mindfulness-based stress reduction strategies to enhance individual functioning and couple well-being. The evaluation of the curriculum is in the beginning stages.
