Favorite book is Redeeming Love by Francine Rivers
My favorite quote is a Bible verse that I read and remind myself of frequently: “Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.” Matthew 6:34
My first job growing up was at a dance studio. I worked as a dance teacher for 5 years and taught preschool-6th grade girls dance classes. I also danced from age 3-18 years old
What has surprised you about being a graduate student?
Since becoming a graduate student I have been surprised by the amazing community within the HDFS department at Auburn. Not only have I found great support from my peers within my cohort, but also within the research lab, and among faculty.
