If you could study any random thing other than HDFS/MFT, what would it be?
I would study coffee! I am fascinated by the chemistry of it and am always trying to improve my pour over techniques! When I go somewhere new, the top of my agenda is to try the best coffee in the area.

I have been pleasantly surprised by the community of grad school. You can bond really quickly with others when you are all going through the same really challenging transition.
