What advice would you offer to someone thinking about graduate school?
Come prepared to show up as the best, most intentional, productive and highest vibrating version of yourself. . . and then be prepared to outgrow that person over and over again.

What has surprised you about being a graduate student?
Everyone around you recognizes how challenging it is to be in this position (your superiors especially). The students ahead of you and the faculty acknowledge and validate the internal experience that you may be having. Everyone in the department is so warm, genuine, encouraging, and willing to support you whether they are your program faculty or not. You can definitely tell that the people in this department specialize in humans! The more I adjust, the more it feels like I’m a part of a big family.
