Fun Facts
Favorite books/movies?
My favorite books at the moment are the “John Dies at the End” series by David Wong, “Ninth House” by Leigh Bardugo, and anything by Neil Gaiman or Terry Pratchett. In terms of TV, I love the original Law & Order. When I want to turn my brain off, my partner and I will binge Below Deck and 90 Day Fiancé.

Hobbies/hidden talents?
I sang in a jazz a cappella group during undergrad! I also care for about 20 tropical plants.

Pets?
My family has three cats: Frodo, Wink, and Al (who lives with me). Al is a Siamese mix with a lovable but volatile personality.

What advice would you offer to someone thinking about graduate school?
Reach out to current students or faculty and set up an informational interview! Most people are super happy to give advice and tell you about their research/clinical work.
